Job Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing food and overseeing cooks
- Receive, inspect, and store goods upon delivery
- Oversee and monitor the packing of meals
- Consistency and presentation of food is kept to our standards
- Support and training cooks & being a positive mentor
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain excellent health and sanitation standards
- Perform ad-hoc duties as request
Job Requirements
- 3 years or above relevant experience
- Basic spoken English (Cantonese an advantage)
- Knowledge in food production, cooking skills and hygiene manage
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working attitude, team spirit, Responsible
Work location: Central Kitchen in Ap Lei Chau
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 8am-6pm
