We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead, for an exciting new role joining the Nutrition Kitchen Growth Team.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Digital Marketing Lead’s focus will be for driving growth, profitability and ROI across all non-paid digital marketing channels for Nutrition Kitchen HK, SG and UAE.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication skills, a good eye for design, a desire to constantly learn and who can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple different markets. 

You will…

  • Drive increased revenue contribution from our email marketing channel, creating all content and design and:
    • Constantly AB test to identify incremental gains
    • Strategise sales campaigns and new automated email flows
    • Segment our customer base to ensure relevant content is sent 
  • Drive increased revenue contribution from our WhatsApp marketing channel
    • Explore automation and personalisation
    • Coordinate with locally managed Customer Support teams to ensure this channel is being leveraged to its full potential
  • Manage our organic social media channels, developing content that is in sync with our other marketing channels
  • Monitor and report channel performance to ensure constant improvement
  • With the Head of Growth conduct thorough data and performance analysis to surface and problem solve any key challenges and opportunities for growth 

You have…

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Experience in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
  • Experience or willingness to learn how to leverage AI tools 
  • Spoken and written Cantonese is a bonus
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong or Singapore

  • An excellent written communicator and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as forming relationships with members of remote teams 
  • A strong data driven problem solver, who is able to understand complex business problems with the ability to also simplify these to be understood by various stakeholders 
  • Organised and methodical at planning, executing and reporting on campaigns, using tools, trackers and dashboards and comfortable managing multiple projects or tests simultaneously
  • A strong team player who values being in a team and contributes to a positive team culture
  • Enthusiastically curious, with a constant desire to improve your skills and knowledge
