Nutrition Kitchen Hong Kong is looking for an ambitious, passionate and driven Customer Advocate to join our Customer Support team.


You will be responsible for arranging daily food delivery operations and customer support activities and will require strong analytical skills, attention to details, willing to assist our customers with a cheerful mindset and the ability to implement successful business strategies.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily delivery communication and follow ups
  • Responsible for order management
  • Customer service and enquiries
  • Engage in operation and business processes
  • Administrative duties including payments, orders, databases & website management

 The Person:

  • The applicant is best to be adept, proficient, highly motivated, teamwork with good communication skill, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.
  • Hands on and be prepared for early morning and rotating weekend shift.
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Nutrition Kitchen is the largest healthy prepared meal plan provider in Hong Kong. The company provides regular deliveries of high protein, calorie-controlled meals, offering customers an efficient route to high quality and highly varied meal plans with clear nutritional breakdowns. The company launched in July 2015 and has experienced rapid growth, delivering over 4,000,000 meals since inception.

The company offers customers the choice of 1 week, 2 week, 4 week meal plans and one time or subscription based orders. Customers select a plan size of “Regular” or “Small” and a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner that is delivered daily. Current meal plans offered are “Low Carb”, “Balanced”, and “Vegetarian”. Customers order before 12pm on Friday for daily deliveries between 6am and 10am the following week. Meals are prepared fresh daily in our kitchen in Ap Lei Chau and delivered to our customers via our delivery partners. Nutrition Kitchen maintains six weekly menu cycles with 90+ meat-based dishes. These menu cycles are regularly updated and adjusted to incorporate customer feedback and ensure diversity in the meal plans.
